Odessa police investigate the scene of a collision Friday morning between a tractor-trailer rig and a 1993 Lexus at East Loop 338 and the Highway 80 service road.
One passenger in the Lexus was taken to Medical Center Hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the truck, turning from westbound Highway 80 onto the East Loop 338 access ramp, was cited with ‘failure to stop at a red light,' police said.
