Fire Guts East Ridge Business
A fire guts an East Ridge business.
The blaze shut down traffic as crews battled the fire and it was all caught on tape.
Authorities say the fire broke out around 1:15 this afternoon at the PriceBusters on Ringgold Road. A freelance photographer captured video of the fire.
In the video you'll see on NewsChannel9, you can see smoke coming out of the business and firefighters putting down lines. Fire crews broke windows and even went in through another entrance to battle the blaze.
Authorities say a passerby noticed the fire and called 911. Crews from both the Tri-Community and Catoosa County Fire Departments helped in putting out the blaze.
They tell us the damage is extensive. The nearby O'Reilly Auto Parts also suffered some smoke damage.
Right now, it's not known what caused the fire, but officials are investigating.
No one was injured.
