MFD promotes firefighter

MIDLAND The Midland Fire Department promoted firefighter Martin Nunez on Wednesday to the rank of fire driver.
Nunez, who was honored with a ceremony Wednesday, has been with the department for eight years, according to a Midland Fire Department news release.
