TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE AND POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE
A 36-year-old Odessa man was arrested Wednesday and charged with third-degree felony tampering with evidence and state-jail-felony possession of methamphetamine at Radio Shack, 100 Walmart Court. Chad Wade Arnold, 1810 Milburn Ave., was being held Thursday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $2,000.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
An Odessa woman reported someone entered her residence, doing $500 of damage to two door frames, and took a ring worth $200, a ring worth $150, earrings worth $100 and a bracelet worth $500 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of West 25th Street.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
Sonic, 3514 Andrews Highway, reported someone entered the business and took an unknown amount of cash between 2:30 a.m. Tuesday and 4 a.m. Wednesday.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE
An Odessa man reported someone took his white 2002 Park Avenue Buick between 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 2900 block of West Fourth Street.
An Odessa woman reported someone took a check worth $434.72 from her mailbox and cashed it between sometime March 20 and sometime Wednesday at G&D Fast Cash, 1314 West County Road.
An Odessa man reported someone cashed his check worth $50 between sometime March 22 and sometime Wednesday in the 3700 block of Everglade Avenue.
