Members of the Comanche Trails District of the Buffalo Trail Council Boy Scouts of America, which includes Ector County and Andrews County, participated in a flag retirement ceremony on Sunday at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. The group retired about 100 flags, including three that were oversized.
