The Permian Basin Chapter 2589 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy of Odessa and the Dunn-Holt-Midkiff Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp of Midland hosted the annual Confederate Heroes dinner Jan. 19 at Prescott's Restaurant.
