Education Foundation concert
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Steve Miller Band is booked for an Aug. 11 Education Foundation concert at the Ector County Coliseum.
Jane Boles, ECISD Education Foundation board member, confirmed the concert was part of the foundation's concert series after word leaked Wednesday through an initial posting on the band's website.
"We've already had people calling. People we haven't heard from before according to our lists," Boles said.
She said the group had not planned on selling tables yet, but since word leaked, they may start doing so sooner than planned. She said those who come are in for a good time.
"It's going to be a great party," she said.
