>> A lease agreement with Odessa Junior College District for property used for a sports and athletic field.

>> An application for a council of governments grant with Permian Basin Planning Commission about administration of solid waste grant funds for the regional solid waste management plan.

>> Contracts for tuberculosis prevention, GPS monitors for post-sentencing monitoring and an indigent defense grant.

>> Requests regarding several donated or seized vehicles, assets that could not be found during the 2007 inventory, out-of-state travel to conferences and final payment for carpet installation.

>> Bids for power towels and toilet tissue.

>> Employment postings for the Equipment Services Department.

>> Selling property at 2405 Catalina Drive for $60,000, which is less than the market value specified in foreclosure proceedings.

>> Amending the depository agreement with American State Bank, various budget amendments, an amendment to the general fund and accounts payable.

>> Line-item transfers in the district clerk, county library, information technology and Coliseum departments.
