    The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

    AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

    >> A Odessa man reported someone assaulted him and used a deadly weapon causing a one and a half inch puncture to his lower back between 11:20 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sunday at Third Edition Apartments, 1201 Whitaker Ave.

    >> An Odessa man reported a known person cut him causing scratching to his abdomen between 12:30 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. in the 1200 block of Harless

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person threatened her life with a shot gun between noon and 3:330 p.m. Monday in the 4500 block of McKnight.

     

    ASSAULT

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person assaulted her causing a swollen lip and cuts at 5:20 a.m. Friday in the 2400 block of West 11th Street.

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone assaulted her by grabbing her hair, throwing her to the ground and choking her at 2:50 a.m. Saturday at Fairgreen Apartments, 4625 Oakwood.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person assaulted her between 3:30 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. in the 3700 block of North Evergreen.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person pushed her causing a bruised left foot and scratching above the eye and right cheek at 11 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Maple and Grandview.

     

    BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

    >> Credit World, 2821 Andrews Highway, reported someone broke into their business damaging a window worth a total of $600 and took a television, and LCD worth a total of $4,090 at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday.

    >> Stars Drive-In, 3865 Andrews Highway, reported someone damaged a door worth a total of $2,100 and took a cash box and cash worth a total of $25 between 12:01 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

     

    BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

    >> An Odessa man reported someone damaged the window to his home worth $80 and took a television, computer keyboard, jewelry and clothing worth a total of $3,500 between 7 p.m. and 11:10 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Pueblo.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone broke into his home causing damage to a door worth a total of $250 Saturday at 2:08 a.m. in the 1400 block of Everglade.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone broke into his apartment and took a laptop worth a total of $1,200 between 8:15 p.m. and 10:50 p.m. Friday at Hemingway House Apartments, 6401 Eastridge Road.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person entered her home took an undisclosed amount of cash and assaulted her causing bruises to her arms and legs at 3 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Lauderdale.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person took an iPod and headphones worth a total of $320 from her home at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of Bonham.

    >> An Odessa man reported a known person took a television from his home at 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 4600 block of Oakwood.

     

    BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

    >> An Odessa man reported someone damaged a window and door frame, worth a total of $750, of his yellow 2006 Ford F-150 between midnight and 2:22 a.m. Wednesday at the MCM Grande FunDome, 16201 E. Highway 80.

     

    CREDIT CARD ABUSE

    >> A Midland man reported a known person intentionally and knowingly used his credit card at AT&T, 4937 E. 42nd St., between Aug. 25 and Aug. 31.

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone used her credit card at Amigo’s Drive Through, 1700 Grant Ave., between Oct. 28 and Oct. 29.

     

    DEBIT CARD ABUSE

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person took her debit card and used it between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Barrow.

     

    FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTITY

    >> An Odessa man reported someone used his identification in Houston between Jan. 1 and Oct. 9, 2004.

     

    TERRORISTIC THREAT

    >> An Odessa woman reported a family member made threats toward another family member at 10:55 p.m. Saturday in the 8100 block of West University.

     

    THEFT

    >> An Odessa man reported someone took his trailer, generator, casing drifts, pressure pump and tool box worth a total of $4,450 between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 6:30 a.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Madera.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person took her single solitaire diamond ring worth a total of $1,500 between Jan. 5 and Jan. 20 in the 1300 block of West 24th Street.

    >> Walmart, 4210 JBS Parkway Blvd., reported someone took Vizio and RCA electronics and cases of beer worth a total of $1,125.74 at 10:05 p.m. Friday.
