    The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

    AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

    >> Two clerks at West Texas Finance, 103 E. 31st St., reported someone showed a firearm, then demanded and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the office between noon and 12:11 p.m. Tuesday.

     

    ASSAULT

    >> An Odessa woman reported her common-law husband assaulted her between 8:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 4300 block of North Dixie Boulevard. She was taken by ambulance to Medical Center Hospital with no apparent injuries.

    >> An Odessa woman reported her common-law husband choked her between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of East 36th Street.

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone known to her choked her between 8 p.m. and 8:05 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Fitch Avenue.

     

    BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

    >> Waxahachie-based Green Eagles Development reported someone entered two vacant houses, caused $50 in damage to a cabinet and took a dishwasher worth $250 from one house and a set of car keys with an unknown monetary value from another between 4 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday at 1101 Terlingua Ave. and 1115 Avenida De Mexico.

    >> Computer Consulting, 639 Express Way, reported someone caused $90 in damage to a window and entered the business at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday.

     

    BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

    >> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took three video gaming consoles, 30 video games and a DVD player worth a total of $2,300 between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 12:20 a.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of East 10th Street.

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $100 in damage to a back door, entered her home and took two TVs, a necklace and a gold and diamond ring worth a total of $12,450 between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Eastover Drive.

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her apartment and took a TV worth $1,200 between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday in the 3700 block of Andrews Highway.

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home through an unlocked door and took three gold rings and two pairs of earrings worth a total of $575 between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of La Casa Drive.

     

    BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

    >> A neighbor reported two people caused $400 in damage to a passenger window and interior dash of an Odessa man’s 2004 GMC Sierra, entered the SUV and took a CD player worth $1,800 at 2:58 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Sunset Boulevard.

     

    CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

    >> An Odessa man reported a known person caused a total of $4,200 in damage to the paint job and passenger side mirror on his tan 2001 Lincoln Navigator between 9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of North Belmont Avenue.

     

    FORGERY

    >> An Odessa man reported a known person took 59 checks from him and signed them in his name between Oct. 16 and Oct. 22 at Domino’s Pizza, 1106 E. 42nd St.

     

    FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

    >> An Odessa man reported someone used his ID between 2007 and 2009 at an unknown location.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone used his ID at 3 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of East 35th Street.

     

    THEFT

    >> Odessa Pumps, 3209 N. West County Road, reported someone entered the business’s work yard and took two pumps worth a total of $30,000 between 7 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.
