Capel Campbell recently placed third with her pastel ‘On Break' at the Odessa Art Associations 50th Annual Juried Art Exhibition. Campell's and 75 other pieces of art by Permian Basin artists will be on display for sale through April 1 at the Ellen Noël Art Museum. Proceeds will benefit the museum.
