Pfc. Brandon Fisher is coming home.
The Permian Basin Welcome Home Committee plans to be there to greet him when he arrives at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at Midland International Airport.
Fisher's a Cavalry Scout and has been stationed at Camp Casey, in Korea. He's coming home on a four-week leave. He will be stationed at Fort Bliss, where he'll await his deployment orders to Iraq.
Fisher is the son of Tim and Carla Fisher of Midland; and brother, Erik Fisher.
Let the Welcome Home Committee know when and where your loved one is returning home by contacting organizer Vickie Gomez at 366-3458 or zemogv @cableone.net, Martha Fisher at 614-2264 or Lynda Brown at 580-7502.
Proud of your soldier? We are, too.
If you've got photos in uniform, pictures of their return home and images of them in academy, boot or on base - whatever you've got, we'd like to see and share with the Permian Basin.
Photos will only be accepted on the OA's website. Register on our site in the top right corner. Once you have an identity and are logged in, then visit www.oaoa.com/share/galleries.
There, check out the Welcome Home gallery and click the "upload your photo" link to add your own.
