    The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

    Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

     

    AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

    >> A clerk at 7-Eleven, 5100 E. University Blvd., reported a man showed a handgun and demanded items taking two cartons of cigarettes worth a total of $99.98 along with $20 in cash between 2 a.m. and 2:10 a.m. Thursday.

     

    ASSAULT / UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone she knows handcuffed her to a bench, beat her with fists and burned her with cigars between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 12:39 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of West 30th Street.

     

    BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

    >> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took a TV, game counsel and DVD player worth $1,650 between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Santa Monica Avenue.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took four rifles and a 12-gauge shotgun worth a total of $1,295 along with $400 in cash between 7 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 2200 block of Lyndale Drive.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home caused a total of $1,000 in damages to end tables and took a game console, TV, a .357-caliber Magnum revolver and metal gun case worth a total of $3,000 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 6300 block of Bainbridge Drive.

     

    BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone caused a total of $800 in damage to the passenger window and dash of her silver 2003 Ford F-150, entered her pickup and took the CD player worth $900 between midnight and 12:30 a.m. Thursday at Walgreens, 1305 W. University Blvd.

    >> A Goldsmith woman reported someone caused at total of $700 in damage to the driver window and dashboard on her black 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier, entered the car and took the CD player, CDs and CD case worth a total of $830 at 11 p.m. Wednesday at Odessa Regional Medical Center, 520 E. Sixth Street.

     

    CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

    >> Water Mill Express reported someone caused $3,500 in damage to a water dispense machine between noon Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Agenda De Mexico and South Dixie Boulevard.

     

    DEBIT CARD ABUSE

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card between Sept. 21 and Sept. 22 over the Internet from an unknown location.

     

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

    >> A 32-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance following a search warrant at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of West Monahans Street.

    Jason Gonzales, 1012 W. Monahans St., posted bonds totaling $17,500.

     

    THEFT

    >> A Science Hill, Ky., man reported someone took his red 1998 utility trailer worth $1,500 at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday in the 4900 block of East University Boulevard.
