    The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

    Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

     

    AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

    >> An Odessa man reported someone deliberately struck him with a vehicle between 11 p.m. and 11:07 p.m. Monday in the 2700 block of North Dixie Boulevard. He was taken to Medical Center Hospital where he was treated and released.

     

    BURGLARY OF A BUILDING / EVADING ARREST DETENTION with A VEHICLE

    >> A 53-year-old West Odessa man and a 28-year-old Odessa man were both arrested and charged with burglary of a building, while the West Odessa man was also charged with evading arrest detention with a vehicle after 7-Eleven, 651 W. 42nd St., reported they caused $310 in damage to a door and entered the store at 2:02 a.m. Tuesday, then fled from police when they were spotted there.

    Bobby Richey, 3930 N. Uranus Ave., was being held Tuesday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $30,000.

    Carl Cockren Jr., 611 W. Yukon Road, was being held Tuesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.

     

    BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person entered her home and took an undisclosed amount and type of property between 8 a.m. Aug. 15 and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 31 in the 2700 block of Brentwood Street.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone entered his house and took a briefcase and numerous papers worth a total of $80 between Sunday and 11:30 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Douglas Drive

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took 40 photos worth a total of $100 between Sept. 7 and 1:09 p.m. Sept. 9 in the 2300 block of East 21st Street.

     

    BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

    >> Golden, Colo.-based Pason System USA reported someone caused $600 in damage to the left passenger window of the company’s blue 2007 Ford F-350, entered the truck and took an MP3 player and a satellite phone worth a total of $3,930 between 7 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of East 43rd Street.

     

    CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

    >> An Odessa man reported multiple known people caused a total of $3,500 in damage to two tail lamps and a tailgate to his 2006 Chevrolet Silverado between 7:30 p.m. and 7:39 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of East 51st Street.

     

    THEFT

    >> Neff Rental, 1622 W. Second St., reported someone cut a fence causing $500 in damage, entered the business’s yard and took two welders worth a total of $21,000 between 5 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Monday.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone took his black 2009 Longhorn 40-foot flatbed trailer worth $10,400 at an unknown time at B-Line, 1511 W. Second St.

     

    UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE

    >> Twin City Auto Kingdom, 2320 E. Eighth St., reported someone took the company’s yellow 2002 GMC Sierra of undetermined value between 6:30 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday.

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone took her dark gray 2007 Hyundai Elantra of undetermined value between 12:30 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of Cambridge Street.
