BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa man reported someone caused $250 in damage to a door, entered his home and took a computer monitor and TV worth a total of $2,000 between 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Amburgey Avenue.
CREDIT CARD ABUSE
>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her credit card between Aug. 11 and Sept. 23 at Lowe’s, 1107 E. 42nd St., and several other locations.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> An Odessa man reported someone caused a total of $5,000 in damage to four windows and the body of his 2009 Hyundai Elantra between 8:50 p.m. and 8:56 p.m. Tuesday at Kent Kwik, 3722 Andrews Highway.
DEBIT CARD ABUSE
>> An Odessa man reported someone took and used his debit card between Saturday and Sunday at Dillard’s, 4101 E. 42nd St.
FORGERY
>> An Odessa man reported a known person took eight checks and passed them between Sept. 27 and Oct. 5 at 7-Eleven, 2700 N. Dixie Blvd.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
>> A 29-year-old Odessa man, a 26-year-old north Odessa man and a 39-year-old Midland woman were all charged with possession of a controlled substance following a narcotics investigation at 9:25 a.m. Monday at Delux Inn, 1518 S. Grant Ave.
Brian Morris, 950 W. 31st St., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $7,500 bond.
Lance Morris, 6409 Austin Ave., posted a $7,500 bond Tuesday.
Kimberly Sue Pierce, 1507 S. Marshall St., was being held without bond on a U.S. Marshall detainer Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center.
THEFT
>> Midland-based Home Care Plus reported a known person took an oxygen concentrator, oxygen regulator and pulse optimeter worth a total of $5,956 between May and August in the 1100 block of West University Boulevard.
THEFT OF PROPERTY WORTH LESS THAN $1,500 WITH TWO OR MORE PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS
>> A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with theft of property worth less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions after Walmart, 4210 N. JBS Parkway, reported he tried to take a TV worth $198 between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Robb Christian Locher, who gave his address as the Odessa Motor Inn at 2021 E. Second St. room 331, was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.
THEFT OF SERVICES
>> Paris Botique, 818 W. Clements St., reported a known person bought and rented wedding services and supplies worth a total of $1,727.19 but intentionally avoided making payments between June 15 and July 4.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE
>> An Odessa man reported someone took a maroon 1994 Dodge Ram of undetermined value between 10 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday in the 1000 block of West Monahans Street. The vehicle was found impounded.
