The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police. Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
- An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him at 1:35 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of West Clements Street. He did not report any injuries and refused transportation for medical treatment.
- An Odessa woman reported people she knew assaulted her causing cuts and abrasions on her right side and right leg, a bump on her right jaw and a bump on her left forehead at the Zodiac Club, 400 S. Dixie Blvd. She refused transportation for medical treatment.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
- An Odessa man reported someone entered his building, doing $5 of damage to a lock, and took eight fishing poles worth a total of $600 and a Nissan car-top carrier worth an unknown amount between 5 a.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of Kermit Highway.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
- An Odessa woman reported someone entered his residence, doing $200 of damage to a door, and took a 32-inch Toshiba television worth $400, a Sony PlayStation 3 worth $300 and a 32-inch television worth $400 between 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. in the 300 block of East 38th Street.
- An Odessa man reported someone entered his residence and took vehicle keys worth a total of $125 and Xanex pills worth a total of $6.70 at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of East 55th Street.
- An Odessa man reported someone entered his residence and took a 22-inch flat-screen television, a Sony PlayStation 3, a Nintendo Wii, and two piggy banks all worth an unknown amount between sometime Saturday and sometime Sunday in the 2900 block of Concord Circle.
CREDIT CARD ABUSE
- An Odessa woman reported someone she knows assaulted her, causing swelling above her right eye and scratches and bruising to her left arm, and took her credit card between 1:45 a.m. and 8 p.m. Sunday at the MCM Grandé Hotel Fundome, 6201 E. Highway 80.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
- An Odessa man reported someone he knows did $5,000 of damage to the right side of his tan 2006 Lincoln Navigator at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the 2000 block of East 37th Street.
- An Odessa man reported someone did $500 of damage to a windshield, $500 of a back window, $300 to a plastic cover of a headlight and $500 to a passenger door of his 2009 Volkswagen Bug in the 3600 block of Archuleta Street.
FORGERY
- An Odessa woman reported someone passed her checks at sometime Jan. 29 at Domino’s, 1106 E. 42nd St.
POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE
- A 20-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with state-jail-felony possession of methamphetamine at 1 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of South Grant Avenue. Zachery Pierce Fletcher, 5509 W. Miles St., was being held Tuesday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $11,000.
- A 25-year-old Odessa woman was arrested and charged with state-jail-felony possession of methamphetamine at 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of South Grant Avenue. Courtney Ann Flynn, 1202 N. Hancock Ave., was released Sunday on an $8,000 bond from the Ector County Detention Center.
THEFT
- An Odessa man reported someone took his blue 2002 Kawasaki Ninja between noon and 8 p.m. in the 4200 block of Golder Ave.
