A new bell schedule?

A meeting Tuesday night at Permian apparently turned heated about the proposed changes to the bell schedules at Permian and OHS.

Parents there seemed mainly upset by the suggestion that an 8th period be added to the day to ensure that all students have the opportunity to get all the needed credits under the state's new "4 by 4" plan.
