Space is limited to participate in the Textile Conservation Workshop at the Commemorative Airpower Museum.

The two-day workshop is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. March 19-20 at the CAF.

Mary Frederickson, professional art and object conservator with Art Care Inc., will lead the seminar.

Admission is $150 and includes hands-on instruction in West Texas’ only Conservation Lab, catered lunch for both days and a museum-quality textile container the attendee will make with their own hands.

Members of the American Association of Museum, Texas Association of Museums, Permian Basin Museum Association and the Commemorative Air Force and Airpower Museum receive half off the admission price. College students get in free with a current identification card.
