GFWC WOMAN'S CLUB

Sydnee Gatewood, Alpine High School 2008 HOBY ambassador, described her experiences to the Alpine Woman's Club at the HOBY Youth Leadership Conference in El Paso. Fifty years ago, Hugh O'Brien founded the conference to promote leadership and service among high school students. A conference highlight was a telephone address by Hugh O'Brien, 85.
