Scavenger Hunt
August 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008
- 1. This contest is open to all residents 18 years of age or older.
- 2. To enter the contest: Complete the entry form, which can be found online at http://www.oaoa.com from August 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008.
- 3. The Odessa American will randomly select a winner. Prize: A Dell Inspiron Laptop Computer.
- 4. The winner will be notified by The Odessa American via phone or e-mail by September 4th, 2008 and will have 48 hours to respond to the phone call/email or risk forfeiting their prize.
- 5. The Odessa American will notify the winner how to claim the prize, which may be in person at The Odessa American or via mail. The Odessa American is not responsible for non-delivery or mishandling of the U.S. Mail or any other delivery service.
- 6. All entries will become the property of The Odessa American.
- 7. Immediate family members of The Odessa American’s employees, affiliates, advertisers or advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.
- 8. No purchase necessary.
- 9. The Odessa American reserves the right to amend these rules, or terminate, suspend or modify the contest (including replacing or substituting prizes), at its sole discretion, and The Odessa American shall have no responsibility for any damages arising there from. By entering the contest, entrants agree to these official rules. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
