The City of Midland's yard waste site has been temporarily closed while workers remove waste and mulch, as well as clean up the site.
It'll reopen Wednesday.
Until the city site reopens, officials are directing Midland residents with yard waste to dump it at Discount Materials, 4705 W. Industrial Ave.
The City of Midland mulches yard waste deposited at its site and takes the mulch to the city dump to cover the landfill.
