ECTOR COUNTY RESTAURANT REPORT: Jan. 2 to Jan. 6, 2012

These are the food inspection scores for the week of Jan. 2 through Jan. 6, 2012, performed by the Ector County Health Department. Violations dock points, with a perfect score starting at 100.

Violations of food temperature/time requirements are 5 points each; violations of personnel, handling of food, and food and water source requirements are 4 points each, and violations of facility and equipment requirements are 3 points each, which establishments have 10 days to correct.

A score of 70 or less requires the immediate shutdown of the restaurant until the violations are corrected and a new inspection is done.

Districts are set by the county, with some accounts annexed in order to give the four inspectors an equal load.
