MARFA Guadalupe Valenzuela Rubio, 89, of Marfa, died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, in Odessa.
Rosary was said at 10 a.m. Monday, followed by Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Marfa with the Rev. Rolando Fonesca officiating. Burial was at Merced Cemetery in Marfa. Arrangements were by Memorial Funeral Home of Fort Stockton.
She was born in Marfa.
SURVIVORS Sons, Pablo Rubio Jr. and Cleto Rubio, both of Marfa and Willie Rubio of El Paso; daughters, Mary Lou Ramirez and Delfina Plasentillo, both of Marfa; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
