AGGRAVATED ASSULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
>>  An Odessa man reported
someone hit him on the head with a beer bottle causing two cuts at 6:50 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Drury.
>> An Odessa woman reported a known person rammed her pickup while she was inside with a vehicle causing $1,500 in damage to her truck bumper and fender between 4:30 a.m. and 4:38 a.m. Sunday in the 600 block of North Lee Avenue.
>>  An Odessa woman reported someone assaulted her with an unknown weapon at 5 a.m. Sunday at Whataburger, 1900 E. Eighth St. She suffered swelling of the left eye, neck and right arm pain and was taken to Medical Center Hospital.
>> A 37-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after an Odessa woman claimed he assaulted her between 10:30 p.m. and 11:21 p.m. Friday 1100 block of Fitch Avenue.
James Fletcher, 1101 Fitch Ave., no apartment number given, posted a $25,000 bond Sunday.

AGGRAVATED ASSULT/INJURY TO A CHILD
>> A 41-year-old Odessa man was arrested and
charged with aggravated assault and injury to a child after an Odessa girl reported a known person kicked her elbow and an Odessa woman reported a known person hit and chocked her at 8:45 p.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of Alameda Court.
Anthony Villalobos, 2205 Alameda Court, was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $75,000.

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
>> An Odessa man reported
someone took his black 1997 Honda Civic of unknown value at knifepoint at 10:34 a.m. Oct. 3 in the 2700 block of East Eighth Street.
 
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa man reported
people entered his home damaging a door worth $600 and took a video game console and laptop worth a total of $2,500 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of East 44th Street.
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took a TV, money and food worth a total of $483 in the 6100 block of Den-nis Lane.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE
>> Midland-based Centrilift reported
someone entered a 2007 Ford pickup and took two amp tongs, tools and tool box between 2:30 p.m. and 5:35 p.m. Friday in the 5000 block of E. 42nd St.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> Mission Six LLC, 8201 Dorado Drive, reported
someone damaged a keypad and wires worth a total of $3,000 between 1:30 a.m. and 11:34 a.m Saturday.
>> American Beverage Consolidator of Austin reported someone damaged a Pepsi machine and Coca-Cola machine worth a total of $1,500 between 5:30 p.m. Friday and 10:27 a.m. Saturday at Trestles Condominiums, 6701 Eastridge Road.
>> A woman reported known people smashed a window and dented the door of an Odessa man’s black 2001 Honda Accord, causing a total of $1,500 in damage at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Drury Lane.
>> An Odessa woman reported a known person caused paint damage to her burgundy 2001 Ford F-350 worth $2,500 at 11:10 p.m. Fri-day.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE
>> An Odessa woman reported
someone used her debit card at 9:54 a.m. Oct. 13 at 7-Eleven, 801 Golder Ave.

ENDANGERING A CHILD
>> Someone reported
an Odessa boy was placed in hurtful situation between 8:20 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Lowe’s hardware store, 4101 E. 42nd St.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
>> A 32-year-old Odessa woman was arrested
and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 2:13 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of U.S. Highway 80.
Luz Montez, 3864 Lyndale Drive, posted a $7,500 bond Saturday.
>> A 20-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Sunday at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center, 2500 S. Highway 385.
Sergio Perez, 747 Buen Gusto St., posted a $7,500 bond Monday.

THEFT
>>  Odessa-based Five Points Hot Shot Inc. reported
a known person cashed a check for an unauthorized and undisclosed amount at 10:56 a.m. Sept. 29 at In-N-Out Convenience Store, 3226 W. 10th.
>> Odessa-based Murphy’s Enterprise reported a known person took a vacuum cleaner worth $2,175 at 3:30 p.m. July 10 in the 1600 block of East 56th Street.
>> E.L.Farmer and Co., 300 S. Grant Ave., reported someone took a gray 2002 Trail King 2XL Low Boy trailer worth $48,000 between 3:30 p.m. Oct. 13 and 11:20 a.m. Wednesday.

THEFT OF PROPERTY WORTH LESS THAN $1,500 WITH TWO OR MORE PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS
>> Dillard’s, 4101 E. 42nd St., reported
a male suspect with two previous theft convictions took a Polo shirt worth $69.50 between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The shirt was recovered but no arrest was made.
>> A 34-year-old Fort Stockton man was arrested and charged with theft of property worth less than $1,500 with two or more pre-vious convictions after Wal-Mart, 2450 N. West Loop 338, reported he took 12 packages of meat and 14 packages of steaks worth a total of $233.04 at 3:13 p.m. Friday. The meat and steaks were recovered.
Billy King, 887 Scissor Tray Lane, posted a $7,500 bond Saturday.
