WHY SHE TEACHES: "It takes a village to raise a child, and if the village fails to do its part, it will fall prey to the torments of the misguided youth; therefore, I teach. I teach because I value knowledge and realize that education can unlock any door once closed."
HER CLASS MISSION: "My goals and desires for my classes are to enhance the level of learning and overall study habits of the students I have been blessed to have. Not only those assigned to my class but all that I come in contact with on a regular basis. I believe strongly that if students are expected to learn at a higher level they will, it is when our expectations are weak that their abilities are weakened. This attitude will help not only to enhance the scores of our students on various state-mandated tests, but also to prepare them for life in the adult world."
