ENGAGEMENT: Vanderburg-Smith

GARDENDALE Nealei Vanderburg and Cortney Smith, both of Lubbock, plan to marry Feb. 26 at First Southern Baptist Church in Gardendale with the Rev. Terry Easley officiating.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Fred and Sandy Vanderburg of Gardendale. She is a 2001 graduate of Permian High School and a 2005 graduate of Texas Tech University. She is employed by Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert and Moss in Lubbock.
Her fiance is the son of Kenneth L. Smith and Kathryn E. Smith, both of Odessa. He is a 1998 graduate of Permian High School and a 2002 graduate of Texas Tech University. He teaches social studies and is the head boys’ golf coach at Lubbock High School.
