AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
>> Employees at Allstate, 1806 N. West County Road, reported someone robbed the office and took an undisclosed amount of cash between 5:20 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Friday.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
>> Waxahachie-based Green Eagles reported someone caused $800 in damage to a window, entered a vacant house and took a microwave/vent combo, stove and dryer worth a total of $1,025 between 5 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at 1101 Terlingua Ave.
>> Amigo’s Convenience Store, 2001 N. West County Road, reported someone smashed a $1,000 window and tried to enter the business between 2:04 a.m. and 2:06 a.m. Monday.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took a pair of earrings and four credit cards worth a total of $504 between 5:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Glendale Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported a known person caused $200 in damage to a window, entered his home and took a welding machine, two lawn mowers and a musical keyboard at 6 p.m. July 22 in the 1000 block of East Fifth Street.
>> An Odessa woman reported a known person entered her home and assaulted her between 5:30 a.m. and 5:55 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of East 46th Street.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE
>> A Beeville man reported someone entered the bed of his white 2006 Ford F-250 and took a black nylon sack, three multimeters and a milliamp worth a total of $1,700 between 9:30 a.m. and 10:01 a.m. Saturday at Dumplins Y Amigos, 401 W. 42nd St.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $400 in damage to a door lock on her blue 1998 Dodge 1500, entered the pickup and took a stereo, speaker box, two amplifiers and several tools worth a total of $2,500 between 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> An Odessa woman reported someone kicked in a garage door causing $1,600 in damage between 9:10 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 8700 block of Cornell Avenue.
DEADLY CONDUCT
>> An Odessa man reported someone shot at his home and his white 2006 Ford F-250, causing a total of $870 in damage to a windshield, door and tire between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Milburn Avenue.
EVADING ARREST DETENTION
>> A 43-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with evading arrest detention with a vehicle at 10:59 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of West 19th Street.
Jose Spencer Sotelo, 903 S. Lauderdale Ave., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $16,750, and bond has not yet been set for an additional charge.
>> A 44-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with evading arrest detention between 12:07 a.m. and 12:31 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of East Odessa Street.
Steven Wayne Brown, 927 E. 18th St., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $7,500 bond.
>> Police reported a known person fled from officers in a vehicle at 11:58 a.m. Thursday in the 3600 block of North Dixie Boulevard.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
>> A 48-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance between 7:15 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Sunday at the Ector County Detention Center, 2500 S. U.S. Highway 385.
Jesus Marquez, 2105 1/2 W. Fifth St., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $16,000.
>> A 21-year-old north Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance between 1:56 a.m. and 2:08 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of San Jacinto Street.
Matthew Rodriguez, 6100 North Benefield Ave., posted bonds totaling $8,500 Saturday.
>> A 37-year-old Odessa man already arrested on other charges was charged with possession of a controlled substance after jail guards searched him at 3 a.m. Sunday at the Ector County Detention Center, 2500 S. U.S. Highway 385.
Juan Deleon, 1010 Zacatecas Ave., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $12,000.
>> A 49-year-old Odessa woman was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 2:51 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of North West County Road.
Barbara Elaine Conger, 950 W. 31st St. apt. 18, was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.
>> A 52-year-old Odessa woman was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 10:22 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Fifth Street.
Patricia Ann McCollum, 810 E. Fifth St., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $7,500 bond.
>> Police reported two people were in possession of cocaine at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Snyder Street. No arrests were made.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE / DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED WITH TWO OR MORE PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS
>> A 49-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and a felony count of driving while intoxicated at 4:09 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of South Grant Avenue.
Richard Peppers, whose address was listed as “241 Bass Road,” was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $22,500.
THEFT
>> A Lubbock man reported a known person took $2,000 in cash, along with a pocketknife and cell phone worth a total of $200 between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Friday at Day’s Inn, 3075 E. U.S. Highway 80.
>> Schwan’s Home Service, 2339 E. Interstate 20, reported someone took $2,872.36 in cash between Sept. 30 and Oct. 13.
THEFT / ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
>> An insurance agent at Brian Vicker’s Insurance, 1813 E. Eighth St., reported three known people took an undisclosed amount of cash between Aug. 24 and Sept. 10.
