Comments 0 | Recommend 0PECOS Seledonio C. Renteria, 88, of Mentone, a retired farmer, died Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
A rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Peaceful Gardens Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with Miguel Angel Sanchez officiating. Burial will be at Renteria Farm Cemetery. Arrangements are by Peaceful Garden Funeral Home.
He was born in Balmorhea. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS Wife, Hortencia Ramirez Renteria of Mentone; sons, Arnulfo Molinar and Alfredo R. Renteria, both of Midland, Reyes Dominguez of Kermit, Jose R. Renteria of Mentone and Ysidro R. Renteria of Pecos; daughters, Sylvia R Villalobos of Pecos, Delma R. Gonzales, Senaida "Cindy" R. Polanco and Juanita R. Gonzales, all of Odessa; brothers, Benino C. Renteria of Midland, Manuel C. Renteria, Efren C. Renteria and Cirilo C. Renteria, all of Odessa; sisters, Cleofas "Mary" Rodriguez and Epifania Marguez, both of Midland; 31 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
