GOOD NEWS: Marfa public radio adds new additions

KRTS Marfa Public Radio, 93.5 FM, has two new additions to its weekly schedule. Listeners can now hear ‘Car Talk’ at 10 a.m. and ‘Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!’ at 11 a.m. each Saturday. Car Talk is a long-running NPR program featuring Tom and Ray Magliozzi, also known as Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers, offer car advice, tips, troubleshooting and answers to listener’s car questions. ‘Wait Wait... Don’t Tell Me!’ is a NPR’s weekly hour-long quiz program. Each week on the radio, listeners can test their knowledge against some of the best and brightest in the news and entertainment world while figuring out what’s real news and what’s made up. Ross Burn’s ‘I Hear America Singing’ has moved to noon on Saturdays and Carol Fairlie’s ‘World Music Show’ is now on Fridays at 7 p.m. For a complete schedule and more information on these programs, visit marfapublicradio.org.
