Odessa men still missing

Odessa police were still looking Wednesday for two men who've been reported missing in two separate cases.

Cpl. Sherrie Carruth said Rene Escobar Sanchez, 36, and Korey Charles Puffinbarger, 22, still had not been found as of Wednesday.

Sanchez has been missing since July 12 after he disappeared from his backyard garage late that night. Ester Armendarez, Sanchez's common-law wife, said her husband left without his wallet or white Dodge 1500 pickup.

Puffinbarger was last seen on June 10 in the 2700 block of Santa Monica Avenue with his girlfriend, Katie Ann Parker. Puffinbarger might be driving a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier with the Texas license plate 920-GKH.
