Julia A. Puckett

CORPUS CHRISTI Julia A. Puckett, age 64, entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2012.

She was born to William and Mildred Puckett on May 8, 1947 in Pecos, Texas.

She graduated from Odessa High School in 1965 and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Hardin Simmons University. She will always be remembered for the love she had for her family, but most of all, for spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her loving daughter Jana (Steve) Maldonado, her grandchildren Caitlyn Webb and Steven A. Maldonado, her brothers William (Carole) Puckett of Centreville, Virginia, and Bobby Puckett of Rockport, Texas, her nieces Hallie Puckett and Meghan Puckett and her grandniece Mikaylee Puckett.

A memorial service will be held at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel in Corpus Christi on Monday, February 6, 2012, at 5 p.m.

Burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Garden Cemetery in Odessa, Texas at a later date.
