Gabriel Rodriguez Ortega charged with four counts of aggravated robbery

THE STORY: The Odessa Police Department and the Ector County Sheriff’s Department has charged Gabriel Rodriguez Ortega with four counts of aggravated robbery in connection with three robberies at local insurance agencies.
