American Home Improvement

Every time the wind blows (which is pretty much daily around here) it seems to aim trash, dirt, dust and debris toward your patio. This is especially true if your patio faces south and is enclosed on two or three sides by the house or other structures.
American Home Improvement can help you enjoy that space again! Have them enclose that area with a PGT Eze-Breeze wall system that will give you the pleasures of a patio without the pain.
Your PGT system will be mostly windows and doors that let you see your landscaping clearly. Those windows, with screens, can be opened on nice days to let in the breeze, while keeping out insects. Open or closed, your PGT Eze-Breeze panels will keep out blowing trash and debris.
Now you can just step out on the patio, grab a chair and relax. No more sweeping, picking up trash or hosing down lawn furniture in order to grab a few minutes rest.
Want to really enjoy the breeze? The windows are vertical  4-track windows. Most windows are 2-track, meaning you can only open them halfway, but 4-track windows can be opened three-quarters of the way to really give you an open, breezy feel when you want one.
Windows tilt in for easy cleaning, and they can be ordered in clear, bronze and gray tints to reduce the sun's glare.
And instead of glass, the windows have flexible vinyl in them, so they resist damage from weather and from the occasional stray baseball that might come flying across the yard. Vinyl glazing is also less expensive than glass.
These panels are custom-sized to fit your existing openings without expensive re-framing, so it is really easy to enclose that space.
"I talk to so many homeowners who want a simple, low-cost way to keep their patios clean without sacrificing the open feel," says American Home Improvement owner Rodney Martin. "The PGT Eze-Breeze system does exactly that."
These systems look great from inside and out, and they add beauty and value to your home.
If you want to heat and cool the patio area, American Home Improvement also sells and installs Four Seasons sunrooms. Sunrooms come with insulated glass panels that keep the room comfortable in hot or cold weather, but let in plenty of breezes when you want - and they always invite the view. A sunroom can be used as an office, an exercise room, a plant room, an extra entertaining area or anything else you can imagine.
It's time to reclaim that space from the dust and trash. Call American Home Improvement today or drop by their showroom to see how they can help you do that!

American Home Improvement has been locally owned and operated for more than 20 years. Call them at (432) 550-7224 for a free estimate and home demonstration. They are at the corner of 191 and FM 1788.
