West Texas Opportunities is looking for a chance to help low-income families with back-to-school supplies.
The Odessa nonprofit has received grants from Odessa College's and UTPB's Students in Philanthropy clubs for the project.
The goal of the project is to assist low-income, single-parent households who have children in pre-K through sixth grade.
Applications are being accepted now at West Texas Opportunities, 700 N. Grant Ave., Suite 150, from those who are income eligible. For information, call 333-9027.
