SURVIVORS Sons, Damon Neel of Odessa and Ryan Christopher of Brackenridge; daughters, Crystal Gartman of Smithville and Catherine "Kaki" Pearson of Dale; sisters, Pat Dozier of Cleburne and Vicki Davis of San Antonio; brother, Barry Phillips of Odessa; and 12 grandchildren.
