A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with the Rev. Milo Nalugon officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS Wife, Enedina Madrid Rodriguez of Odessa; sons, Armando Rodriguez, Ismael Rodriguez, Israel Rodriguez, Valentin Rodriguez Jr. and Frank Rodriguez, all of Odessa; daughters, Teresa Flores, Sylvia Valenzuela and Janie Rodriguez, all of Odessa; brother, Manuel Cortez of Odessa; sisters, Maria Nino and Dolores "Lola" Ramirez, both of Odessa; 34 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
