The bride-elect is the daughter of Laurie and David Woolley and Hayden Frost, all of Odessa. She is a 2006 graduate of Permian High School and attends Lubbock Christian University.
Her fiance is the son of Charles and Donella Oliver of Odessa. He is a 2004 graduate of Permian High School and attends Texas Tech University.
