Jose Armando Tavarez

OJINAGA Jose Armando Tavarez, 46, of Odessa, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at his residence in Odessa.

Services will be held at a later date in Ojinaga, Mexico. Burial will be at Ultimo Refugio in Ojinaga, Mexico. Arrangements are by Acres west Funeral Chapel and Funeraria de Valle in Ojinaga, Mexico.

He was in Mexico. He was a self-employed welder.

SURVIVORS Wife,  Sofia Garcia of Odessa; daughters, Andrea Tavarez, Olivia Tavarez  and Cecilia Tavarez, all of Odessa; sons, Marcos Tavarez, Jose A. Tavarez Jr., Jose G. Ortiz and Juan D. Ortiz, all of Odessa; sisters, Maria Hernandez, Maria Guadalupe Orona and  America Galindo, all of Odessa and Norma Mendoza of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico; brother, Luis Alfonso Tavarez of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico and seven grandchildren.
