ODESSA Clifton “C.M.” Riggs, 91, of Odessa, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, in Odessa.
Services are scheduled at 2 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Lynn Money officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Funeral Home.
He was born in Van Zandt County. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He started a real estate development corporation.
SURVIVORS Son, Donald Ray Riggs of Odessa; daughter, Sandra Jo Cox of Odessa; adopted sons, Kevin Riggs and Quinn Riggs, both of Odessa and Kyle Riggs of San Antonio; brother, John Riggs of Big Spring; two grandsons, 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
