The bride-elect is the daughter of Ronnie and Micki Barnett of Odessa. She is a 2000 graduate of Odessa High School and a graduate of Midland College's Licensed Vocational School of Nursing. She is currently attending Odessa College School of Nursing. She is employed by Odessa Regional Medical Center.
The groom-elect is the son of Alfredo and Olivia Gutierrez of Brownsville. He is a 2008 graduate of Texas State Technical College with an aircraft mechanic's license. He is employed by West Texas Aero of Odessa.
