AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
>> An Odessa man reported people assaulted him with a yard sign at 10:40 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 600 block of Duke.
ASSAULT
>> An Odessa man reported a family member assaulted him by hitting him on his arms between 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at an undocumented address on 36th Street.
>> An Odessa woman reported a known person assaulted her leaving red marks and a bruise on her left arm between 12:30 p.m. and 12:40 p.m. Tuesday at the High Plains apartment complex, 3727 Andrews Highway.
>> An Odessa woman reported a known person grabbed her wrist and her neck causing soreness and bruising at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Arbor Terrace apartment complex, 1101 Fitch Ave.
>> An Odessa woman reported a known person injured her left hand following an argument 2:20 a.m. Wednesday in an alley near the 2500 block of North Dixie Avenue. The woman was taken to Medical Center Hospital and received treatment for bruising. She is reported in fair condition.
AUTO THEFT
>> An Odessa man reported a known person took his black 2000 Ford Explorer between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. Sept. 30 in the 1100 block of Terrli Drive.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
>> Eric Coy, owner of Fat Boys, 3001 N. Golder Ave., reported someone stole a 9 mm semiautomatic handgun worth $550 from his business between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
>> Arbor Terrace Apartments, 1101 Fitch Ave., reported someone entered the complex office and stole a computer tower, computer monitor and digital camera worth an undisclosed amount between 5:30 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.
>> AAA Storage of Andrews reported someone entered their building at 135 W. 42nd St., in Odessa, stole a combination lock, television, DVD player, lawn furniture and an entertainment center worth a total of $415 between noon Oct. 3 and 6 p.m. Sunday.
BURGLARY OF HABITATION
>> An Odessa man reported someone broke into his home damaging a window worth a total of $75 and took a computer, golf clubs, a camcorder, television and DVD player worth a total of $1,560 between 9:30 a.m. Oct. 10 and 6:08 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Castle Road.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and damaged a storm window worth a total of $150 and took DVD movies, video games, a laptop and iPod worth a total of $2,000 between 7:15 a.m. and 7:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of North Alleghaney Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported someone broke into his home damaging a steel door worth $300 and took a television and laptop worth $1,100 between 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Judkins.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> An Odessa woman reported someone through a brick through the passenger window of her 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 4300 block of North Grandview.
DEADLY CONDUCT
>> An Odessa woman reported a family member rammed her maroon 2003 Ford Focus with another car fearing bodily injury at 11:01 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of Monticello. The woman was taken to Medical Center Hospital and was reported in good condition.
FORGERY
>> Smokers Outlet, 5100 N. Dixie Blvd, reported someone paid for merchandise with a counterfeit $5 bill between 8 a.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.
FRAUDULENT USE OF AN ID
>> An Odessa woman reported someone attempted to use her identification Tuesday.
THEFT
>> Office Depot, 3915 E. 42nd St., reported an employee took a camera and two calculators worth a total of $839.97 at 1:01 p.m. Tuesday.
>> A Big Spring man reported someone took a briefcase, a .357-caliber handgun, a 9 mm Beretta, a watch and money from his room at the Hampton Inn, 3923 N. JBS Parkway Blvd., between 1:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. Tuesday.
