The bride-elect is the daughter of Tad and Cheri Newton of Odessa. She is a 2004 graduate of Odessa High School and attended the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She is employed by Raider Express in Fort Worth.
Her fiance is the son of Keith and Tammy Moyes of Longview. He is a 2000 graduate of Science Hill High School in Johnson City, Tenn., and a 2005 graduate of Texas Tech University. He is employed by Austin Commercial in Dallas.
