Each contains loads of fruit and not much sugar; flavors include peach conserve, Meyer lemon marmalade and nectarine plum conserve. Each 8.4- to 9-ounce jar costs $7-$9. Chef'n's SleekStor VeggiSteam is an easy-to-store silicone insert that can take the heat - up to 650 degrees. The 8 1/2-inch wide insert fits small and medium size pans, and is microwave- and dishwasher-safe. Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, plain or with garlic, bring a lightly grilled flavor that's great for South­western or Mexican dishes. Each 14.5-ounce can costs $1.20-$1.60 at various grocers.

Yes, we realize that dairy products don't tend to make the chock-full-o'-fiber category.
