TYC hearing postponed

The 42-year-old former West Texas State School assistant superintendent, who was charged in April 2007 on two counts each of "improper relationship with a student" and "improper sexual activity with a person in custody," was supposed to have a change-of-venue hearing Friday at the Ward County Courthouse.
