Ben Hernandez

ODESSA Ben Hernandez, 61, of Odessa, passed away October 9, 2008 at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born March 10, 1947 in Odessa to parents Acario Ben Hernandez and Trinidad Rodriguez Hernandez.

He was employed by Wal-Mart and was an Army Veteran.

A rosary will be held Sunday, October 12, 2008 at 7 p.m. at Martinez-Smith Funeral Chapels. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday October 13, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Joe Uecker officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Hernandez of Odessa; son, Hadrian Hernandez of La.; daughters, Hilda Hernandez, Heather Hernandez and Holly Hernandez all of La.; brother Daniel Hernandez of Dallas; sister, Virginia Jacobs of Odessa; and one grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Nick Palomino, Gustaro Dominguez, Joe Arredondo, Jerry Pena, Matlde Garza and Efran Moreno.
