HORSESHOE BAY Amber Hoerauf of Odessa and Shad Gill of New Bremen, Ohio, plan to marry June 21 at the Horseshoe Bay Yacht Club in Horseshoe Bay with Bryan Briley officiating.


The bride-elect is the daughter of Ryan and Deanna Hoerauf of Odessa and Deborah and Rusty Buchanan of Midland.


She is a 2004 graduate of Midland Christian School and a 2007 graduate of Southwestern University with a with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry.


Her fiance is the son of Robert and Therese Gill and Marva Gill, all of St. Mary's, Ohio.


He is a 1997 graduate of New Bremen High School and a 2001 graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy and served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2001 to 2006 and made two deployments to Iraq.


He attends Ohio State University in pursuit of a master's degree in business administration.
