What does this mean? Ducks fly (duh!), and they would find their way back to the pond if only driven a few miles awy. Are they killed? I think that would be very sad.
This is our desert oasis. It is what brings wildlife to our area! I have seen, in the last 5 years, the Buffalo Wallow become populated with Black-crowned Night-herons, Northern Shovlers, Wood Ducks a-plenty, and the occasional Pellican!
Do the ducks really cause the smell? I don't know, but it's worth it to me. The fountain is nice, but it sure is a pretty penny to pay. Is the watrerfall running? It wasn't the last time I was there.."
