Think of all the ways you depend on your automobile. It gets you to work, to school, to the football field, to church, to fun tourist destinations and a lot more.
The staff and management at Freedom Pontiac Buick GMC Truck Inc. know how important your vehicle is to you. They want it to be as dependable for you as you are for others.
“At Freedom Pontiac, we try to be in the people business and not in the automobile business in the traditional sense,” says owner Jo Hooker.
In business for eight years, Freedom trains their sales staff to help you find the vehicle you need - without pressure. "Our sales staff is very customer friendly, with absolutely no pressure," Jo says. “We treat our customers the way we want to be treated when we become the ‘customer.’”
Freedom offers new and pre-owned vehicles as well as sales and installation of parts and accessories. Their top-of-the-line service will keep you coming back.
When it comes to pre-owned vehicles, Freedom has exacting standards. Only the best are selected to go to the pre-owned lot. "Thirty-four percent of the vehicles that are traded in are wholesaled because they do not meet our standards to be retailed to the public on our lot," Jo says.
The sales and management team at Freedom know how important your vehicle is to you.
“It’s wonderful to be part of the experience when people are purchasing a vehicle. It’s exciting and fun, and we enjoy being part of the experience with them,” Jo says.
Freedom Pontiac believes in treating their customers with respect and integrity.
“We appreciate the continued support from our community and our customers,” says Jo. “We thank you for voting our dealership 2009 Best of the Permian Basin Readers’ Choice for our pre-owned department.”
