West Odessa volunteer firefighters spray water into an area of a mobile home that caught fire Friday afternoon in the 7100 block of West 23rd Street. According to West Odessa Volunteer Fire Department Chief Jimmy Ellis the fire started beneath the bathtub and melted a water pipe. The water from the pipe put out most of the fire before the fire department arrived. Luciano Hall, 19, was home at the time of the fire and escaped without injury.
