Comments 0 | Recommend 0Choice Cleaners
Choice Cleaners, Odessa's newest cleaning establishment, recently opened for business at 6120 Eastridge Road.
Owners Don and Claire Gregory are expanding their Midland cleaning business to include Odessa. The Midland plant has been open for four years.
"We usually clean 1600 garments in one day at our Midland plant," Claire says. "Sometimes we handle from 2000 to 3000 in our plant."
Quality control is key to the owners and staff at Choice. "We take great pride in what we're doing," Claire says. "We have long tenured employees, including our cleaner, Joe Turner, with more than 50 years in his chosen profession. Most of our ladies have been in the cleaning business all their lives. They know more about garments than we will ever know."
Choice Cleaners' one-price system offers very competitive rates. "All dry cleaned items are priced at an easy-to-budget price of $4.09 each, regardless of whether it's a man's dress pant or a lady's dress," Claire says.
Choice Cleaners can take care of all your cleaning and dry-cleaning needs including suits and coats, all sizes of comforters from twin to king, dust ruffles, shams and down-filled comforters.
Now through June 30, Choice Cleaners is offering a Grand Opening Special. Men's dress shirts will be laundered and pressed for $1 and ladies' blouses will be dry-cleaned and pressed for $2.
In the future, Claire and Don hope to open a plant here in Odessa, similar to the one in Midland.
Choice Cleaners is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. till 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 till noon. You can take advantage of their convenient drive-through window. Choice Cleaners is not affiliated with any previous owners at the site.
